Do you follow Facebook fitness pages that portray the image of a perfect life?
Pages that only post positive messages, making it look easy to achieve goals. Making it look like balancing health and fitness with family life, work life and a social life is a walk in the park.
I am guilty of only showing the good stuff and for that I apologise. While my intention is good, I am learning through communicating with my audience that a constant stream of positivity can, in fact, have the opposite effect and make people feel worse because they have so many troubles, struggles, worries and barriers in their lives that, seemingly, others don't.
Well I want you to know that you are not alone. Every has highs and lows and achieving health and fitness goals is not easy.......it's hard work. Nobody's life is perfect and all the people you follow on social media will have their own personal struggles.
